I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty (Roseville, MN) in May 2013
Interview
I applied online and after I submitted my application I received a call from the store manager within 20 minutes. I very surprised at how quick she responded and thought she must really need to fill this position. I scheduled the interview for the next day. The store manager was very nice and we hit it off right away. The interview was really more like a casual conversation. She discussed what days and times she wanted me to work and then scheduled another interview with her assistant manager for the next day at 9:00 a.m. I came for the interview to have someone meet me at the door to tell me they cancelled the interview and the job never existed. They were very rude and acted like it was my fault that I showed up and never offered an apology for wasting my time.

Group interview, was not told it would be a group interview. They wanted me to interview as a BA but I was not interested. Called two separate times to follow up but never heard back.

It was a group interview and it took like an hour since it was around 8-10 people but very few questions were asked. I got an offer later that day and started working pretty soon.
