After some back and forth with the GM, I had a sit down interview. I thought it went really well, we had good rapport and conversation and was told to expect a phone call from the DM, regarding the position. After a couple days, I still hadn't heard anything from them.
The negative as part of my review is because if you're searching for management positions, communication is key. I would've appreciated a "thanks but no thanks" or a "you weren't a good fit for what we're looking for" and I got nothing.
