The process was conducted over 3 weeks. The first two weeks were an hour-long interview. General and via video. Once approved, there were three separate interviews conducted via video. Each lasts around 45 minutes. All women completed a total of about 5 hours. After not being offered the job, I was informed it was between me and another candidate. Turns out the same experience and skillset, just a female.
