it was very laid back and quick. I went to the back room, and it took 10 minutes. After getting asked a few questions, I had to fill out an availabilty sheet

Question 1
They asked if I had experienced a bad encounter with a customer and how I handled it
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
