Interview process is quick and painless. In person interviews (which seems to be less common recently) and results provided fairly quickly as well. The team I interviewed with were very nice!

Question 1
How do you handle difficult situations and to provide an example of when you encountered an issue that you overcame.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
