Interview
The first interview was a cattle call. The group was split into two groups after the first q & a session. Each person was then required to discuss their resumes and background. This is a sales position no holds barred. Most of the description of the position was repeatedly going over the very, very negative aspects of the position. This was presented ad nauseam, to the point during my second
interview I thought it was expected to be negative about the students and how difficult it is to place them.
Three different interviews. The interviews were pretty lengthy, they really want to see if you have effective communication skills to communicate with clients. It is also virtual that requires the camera to be on.
