Interview
I had 3 interviews, all were on the phone (an initial screen, a call with the incumbent who was leaving and a call with a senior staff person in a different business unit, but who was long tenured). The first two interviews went well, the third was very poorly managed. There were technical difficulties on her end and she spoke very poorly about her colleagues, which felt unprofessional.
