I don't see any reason to test candidate on their verbal reasoning. As far as I know a lot of candidate didn’t manage to finish the verbal reasoning paper 3 pages of passage in 10mins you have to finish. Some got selected even they didn’t manage to finish the verbal reasoning. This should be based on employment history and candidate personalities. Management level not friendly at all doesn’t describe scootitude at all. It seems that some are from fresh young graduated student are from the management level.
