Applied online and asked to submit a video interview. Contacted almost 2 months later stating they aren’t sure of staffing needs and put me on hold. A few days later was contacted about an opening and scheduled an in person interview, only for that interview to be cancelled the day before. Received an e-mail two months later stating I was no longer being considered for any positions. I found the whole process to be dragged out and unprofessional with a lot of back and forth and a lack of communication between different departments in their organization.

30 minute recruiter phone call. I then did not hear from them again for 3 months until a position opened. I did not observe the school in session as the students had already dismissed. I highly recommend doing observations in school to have a good idea of what the school is like. In-person 3 hour interview with Principal.
