Heard from HR recruiter within a week after submitting an online application. I received an e-mail requesting a phone interview, and I was asked to reply back with times that I would be available in the upcoming week. Recruiter seemed mechanical -- just doing his job to a minimum, not very engaging or enthusiastic about the open position. The phone interview was about 30 minutes long and consisted of painful (but seemingly typical) interview questions. Not much room for open discussion about qualifications and interests -- just straightforward Q+A.
