I had an initial phone interview with a member of the recruitment team. This interview lasted about 25 minutes, and involved typical interview questions. I was contacted about 2 weeks later to come in for an in person interview. I was told this would be a full day interview, and needed to bring a computer, however, no other instructions were given, and I did not need to prepare anything. The full day interview was conducted at their home office location near Union Square. There were 4 of us all interviewing for the same position, which I was not aware of prior to coming in. We each had to complete two administrative/recruitment tasks, as well as have two 1-on-1 with different members of the recruitment team.
