Interview
Emailed me to do an interview for appointment setting. I interviewed with the team lead for that and then interviewed with the team lead for recruiting. After they offered me the position i had to take a drug test and a typing test and then that was it. After i passed both they called and told me my start date.

Interview
Called and had me come in and do a mock phone call and role play what you would say and how you would handle things. Then they told me that i would be a better fit for their recruiter position that they had, so I interviewed for both positions that same day.
