Interview is some questions and then a walk around the plant. They need to know your ability to handle the problems inherent with over 50 direct reports. They also need you to understand that this job is filthy, stinks, is full of health risks, will challenge ones ability to get anything done, and will challenge ones ability to manage so many subordinates. They need you to walk away as soon as possible if you aren't up to the challenge. If you can handle the unairconditioned plant and the smell, and you can deal with the challenges of having so many direct reports and huge pieces of equipment breaking constantly, then you will be considered.
