Interview
It was long and extensive due to the background check and FAA security and rules. The communication was scarce through he process and once the background checks cleared it still took a month to get the on boarding process.

What is the hardest customer service experience you have had?
Very short, standard interview process. Booked an interview online after filling out the resume and questionnaire. I met with two heads of the department and was asked a few questions.

Was a nice interview very detailed about the job and position applied for. Also went over benefits that come with the job as well so I found that really helpful and appealing as well.

Basic interview questions not hard at all the interview was only about maybe 8 minutes long. They got back quick to me as well about the job offer.
