Interview
There was an assessment day consisting of a competency based interview, team exercise and case study interview. The team exercise is your standard team contribution exercise based on the case study. Competency based interview was also based on skills you had shown throughout your experiences, and how you could apply them to Unilever. The case study was a a booklet based on a commercial business scenario of expanding a business, and how you would tackle the certain issues that arose (e.g. supply issues etc.).

First level interview is with HR to make sure the role is suitable and then 2nd level will be with hiring manager. It is a smooth process and HR are friendly. Hiring manager asked all relatable questions with the works. Overall experience are pleasing and everyone are friendly.
It was an above average interview asked situational questions about leadership the company and yourself prepare well no why you want you to leave what the company is all about in the industry itself
