It was an online interview. I was asked to download an app called HireVue through which I could access the interview questions. The questions were pre-recorded and I was given around 2 mins to think about the answer before it automatically starts recording my answers. The questions were mainly 4 study cases that assessed behavioral skills, some assessed teamwork skills and despite applying for a finance internships, I felt that some other questions revolved around Marketing. The forth case was a finance-related study case where calculations were needed to be computed. The entire interview took around 25-30 mins but you have the option to finish it in a longer time.
