it was an assessment centre for UFLP in Russia. The process was for 6 hours imitating real work experience. I had to prepare material prior to the interview date. during the interview, I had a group work with a discussion about the material each candidate prepared and individual work that was related to a functional role. 45 min interview and 15 min pitch of idea for Unilever challenge
Thorough. Obviously put premium on people who are eloquent or articulate. The managers and interviewers want to see vibrant personalities, and go-getting mindsets, especially in sales and marketing, particularly within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
