The interview process at Unilever was structured but friendly. First, I had an online assessment including logical reasoning and situational judgment tests. Then I was invited to a virtual HR interview to discuss my background and motivation. Finally, I had a panel interview with the hiring managers, where they focused on problem-solving skills, teamwork experiences, and my fit with Unilever’s values. Overall, the process was smooth and very professional."
