I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever (Jakarta) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process at Unilever was well-structured and professional. After submitting my application online, I was invited to complete an online assessment that included cognitive tests and interactive case studies. Upon passing this stage, I proceeded to a video-on-demand interview, where I had to record responses to a series of timed questions. The final stage was a panel interview with several managers, focusing on leadership competencies, Unilever’s core values, and a business case discussion.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time when you had to lead a team through a challenging situation. What was your approach and what was the outcome?”
The interview was a quick process for me, I received an offer from the company but I declined it due to personal reasons. The HR team is nice to me, and made the atmosphere feel light.
Process takes way too long, with the classic “ghosting” for a long time
Besides that, going over three interviews for an internship process, with one of the lasting 45 minutes and the next one being about two case studies it's way too demanding for the position.
I applied in March 2025 and the whole process was finalized in end of July 2025
I only did until the interview with HR, Overall process is nice and friendly. The HR didnt ask too much of myself, Most importantly, the company process is fast. I got to proceed with the interview with manager after 1 day of interview with the HR
