I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Union Bank (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
I was reached out by two recruiters at the beginning. I had an interview shortly after through a Zoom like call. The connection was poor at times but all interviewers including the Branch Manager and Branch Service Manager were understanding and kind. The interview was 30 mins long including waiting for everyone to connect and saying our goodbyes. After the interview they inform you that a recruiter would reach out to me by the weekend which was a couple days after my interview. I did not get contacted by the recruiter as she was on vacation but wanted to wait around a week to reach out. The Branch Manager reached out 6 days after the interview to set up a phone call for follow up questions. Around 2 weeks after the interview I was reached out by the recruiter to be informed by their final decision.
