I knew most of the people that interviewed me (Terre Haute is a small town). I applied online, they emailed me for an interview. I was interviewed by my direct supervisor and the department director. It was friendly and easy going. I was relatively confident I had the job throughout the entire process. By the time the interview was over, it was basically "when can you start?"
