Group interview where you have to display teamwork and leadership. You are placed on a table with 4-5 other people and have to work as a team to solve the puzzles/ do a very short presentation.
Really friendly and fast. The interviewers were really understanding and they we're very sociable. It really didn't take any longer than 15 minutes. At one point of the interview they talked about their hobbies and wondering about mines as well. Had a good time during the interview since we had something in common.
Very understanding, was not overly long and the questions asked were very straightforward. The staff and the manager did seem pretty understanding but also made sure to note how the store functioned and what needed to be done.
