Interview
Had my interview in May. Interview had 2 assessors one who was the HR Manager, from the onset we where made to feel welcome and there was two ice breakers which where fun. We remained in 1 group which for me was quite large. However we worked together on creating a plan to rebuild customer service in a store. We then presented back, the assessors then asked questions which where quite hard, they wanted us to self evaluate. The HR Manager then gave a really interesting presentation on the brand and was keen to answer any questions we may have. From the assessment center I realized it was not the right role for me. However I really enjoyed the morning and the presentation.
The interview was unique and hands-on, allowing interviewees to have the chance to experience the store environment firsthand. It gave great insight into daily tasks, team dynamics, and customer interaction—an engaging and memorable process.
