You will interviewed with another candidate in a small room. There willl be 2 interviewers and the whole session will last about an hour. You will take turns to answer the questions, just be confident.

The first interview process is generally alright. There's definitely tension in the room, but the interviewers weren't as harsh and really just want to know me as a person and what I expected from the programme. I did get until their internship stage but got rejected then. Understanding that my personality may not be for retail, so i think its a great experience to know uniqlo too ig? :) I also fold clothes better now so guess is a win-win

You have to attend an online presentation to get the link for the numerical, logical, personality test, then you have the Assessment day structured in 2 phases (morning: brief introduction to the company and then a group assessment in EN; afternoon: they tell you if you pass to the next step and if so, you have a personal interview in French, very focused on your soft skills and fit with the Program). Finally, the interview with the COO of the country where you applied for.
