I was contained via email for a Skype interview about a week after applying online. The interview was pretty simple. Typical interview questions like "Why UNIQLO?" and "Describe a time where you were faced with a difficult situation and how did you handle it?"

By asking me 3 to 5 questions, find out how much jeans UNIQLO sold last year.
It went pretty smoothly and was enjoyable. If given the chance I would apply for the program again next time. Recommend people to give it a try to gain more experience.
