Short quick phone interview. I was asked general questions like what is my availability. Why did you decide to apply for Uniqlo. Describe what is good customer service. For the third question I explained it and give clear examples but she repeated the question again and I thought I answered it wrong but clearly there was miscommunication. I doubted myself and asked for the question again. So I explained further. I then said "Do you mean 'what qualities should a sales advisor have'?" and she said yes. I basically asked myself the question and answered it. This whole duration took over 30 seconds and I did not get an email back.

Felt like they had already chosen the candidate, it was a waste of time.
