After Skype interview was called back for case study interview to be flown out to SF after a week. Pretty fast interview process. Did strongly on the interview because I aligned my values with their mission statement and goals as a company in terms of being a malleable business leader. However, case study interview with a group was unclear in what they were looking for during that process. Possibly collaboration, team work, ideas, but mainly they wanted to see business thought process. I was informed three days after the case study that I would not move forward to the final interview which was in SF again a week after the case study interview. Pros - good interview experience to strengthen self for more prospective interviews Cons - salary under 45k, but when you start it is not salary. some expectations are unrealistic, but definitely attainable over time
