Stage 1 - Seminar about Uniqlo, the job, and possible career paths after Stage 2 - Online Exam - math and reading comprehension Stage 3 - HR interview Stage 4 - Manager Interview Stage 5 - Store Tour - we were told this was usually 2 days but bec of the pandemic, it became like a 2-3 hr webinar about the job, experiences of previous UMCs, etc Stage 6 - Online Exam - math, reading, logic and personality test Stage 7 - Chief Operations Officer interview Stage(?) 8 - Job Offer Meeting The whole process took 1 and a half to 2 months. There's an interval of around 1 week from each stage to the next. Interviews took 15 min - 30 min, be concise and smart with your answers. Do prior research, show that you are passionate for the job, review the Uniqlo values and other things discussed in the seminars. The interviewers are on time and they are really listening well to your answers. I really appreciate the HR supervisor in charge of me as she was very professional, encouraging and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. It was a positive experience for me all through out, the compensation package and benefits are also alluring but in the end, I chose a company that was more flexible to my needs.
