My interview experience at Uniqlo is probably atypical of the usual experience. I had stopped in the Uniqlo pop up shop, brought a t-shirt and asked for an application, filled out the application while picking up my laptop from Apple, I then went back to the store and handed the application in. The manager was there at the time and asked if we could chat now, of course I said yes. We went to the back of the store, and she looked over my application and asked me a few questions about myself and career goals. I think I really wowed the manager because I was wearing Uniqlo clothing, and Uniqlo isn't prevalent in our area yet.

Tell me about a time when you experienced conflict with a customer in the past
Long wait time but organized. Had a few hiccups here and there. It’s definitely something different compared to other interviews. Huge groups for the first round, 4 people second round and third round is 2.
It was a very nice experience, very friendly management. I felt at ease in the interview and felt very comfortable. It was an overall excellent experience. Would encourage all who is interested in a sales position to apply.

i applied online and within two months i was invited in for a group interview. There were about 25 people there and one by one we were interviewed. i got an email to be invited to a second interview with three other hopefuls. they went more in depth about our experience and why we want to work there. then afterwards i went to take a drug test and got an email later on that day that i was hired.
