Applied online. A week later, received an email asking for me to come for group interview. Showed up and then they talked about the company and the role that we are applying for. Had a store manager talk about her experience becoming a store manager. Watched a video regarding UNIQLO and its vision and aim. Then had to the group case study between 3 groups, brainstorming ideas on paper and then presenting it to the room.

the group case study question involved solving the problem of one store's inefficient business operations e.g. lack of employee's knowledge of styles, broken mirrors, unhelpful staff etc.
This was an interview for a store manager internship program in Covid. Friendly and good. Good amount of questions. Nice interviewers, 2 people. Was done online. Wish it was in person…
Very customer centric questions. 3step mostly asking about store operations difficulty or what achievement can you bring. Really understand your strengths or weakness to elaborate what you can bring or cannot bring. Last step is all about your understanding of the company. How well do you know and what do you want with your career path.
Difficult due to how detailed they want you to go with regards to in depth explanation. Data and numbers oriented and want you to draw a clear picture as much as possible
