Interview
Very fast and simple process after arriving at the store for the scheduled interview. Brought inside to the back that looked like a storage room, 3 seats for the interviewees but seemed like I was the only candidate for that scheduled time period. Interview was with the store manager and she was very encouraging, reassuring and soft spoken which made the interview very enjoyable and relaxed.

Some questions include tell us about yourself, how many hours are you looking to work, short term and long term goals, strengths and weaknesses and give examples, examples of conflicts and how they were resolved in previous employment.
Easygoing group interview (4 people). Be sure to prepare some things to say about yourself and engage with the group. I applied in store and got a call for an interview about a week later.

Interviewed with 2 store managers, nicely asked around 7-8 questions, including self introduction, what is customer service, how do think this company, what is your experience with uniqlo, not yet had results as too many candidates
