First round involved submitting a job application and resume. Upon being shortlisted, one has to attend an asessment day. Be prepared to spend 4-5 hours. Briefing on the company's culture and values, their expectations, their job tasks and opportunities will be given. Then a group discussion on a certain topic will ensue in which managers will observe each candidate's responses and mannerisms. This is followed by an interview with two managers per candidate.
