Interview
I was invited to a group assessment, and offered to do it in Paris, Antwerpen or London. The "interview" took 2h. First hour presentation about UNIQLO. Second hour, review a case about a poorly performing sotres, discuss about it in groups and make a presentation giving solutions to the issues. We never talked about ourselves and didn't have any personal questions asked.
I was rejected for the program with a very poor standard email that didn't even make sense (talking about someone else being hired for the position, when it's a program that takes several dozen people each year). You can even find an almost exact copy of the email i got in websites from 2003. After the effort taken by the candidates, and the traveling to interview for a program like this, the least HR can do in a proper company is write personalized emails to the candidates, or at least a custom email for this program and not some standard rejection letter from some 15 year old HR manual.

Group assessment about a poorly performing store. The case was about a store performing badly because of the staff not following the standards, resulting in a dirty store, unsatisfied customers and high employee turnover.
