I applied online and after a week I received an email stating that the company wanted to have a brief interview with me and another candidate. Overall the process was exciting and thorough. The recruiter asked about my life experiences and where I saw myself in the company three years from now. Last but not least the recruiter went in depth about the company, the UMC process, the salary, and what to expect.

The interview process took around 2 months. We need to do 2 assignments + online interview. The online interview was just 2 minutes long. Then the next round was a real interview with HR then store internship and final interview.
