Interview
Walk in the store fill out and application and submitted it without even a resume. Few days later got a call for interview at the store. The interview was a group of about 6 people. The store manager & HR manager conducted the interview and at the end they asked for our availability, 1 guy said he had to go to church on Sundays so he would not be available, they told him "Thank you, you will hear from us in a few days" after he left the room the HR manager told us we had all been hired. Hooray !

Called in a group interview, no opportunity to show off personality one on one. All tasks were done in group.
Felt like they had already chosen the candidate, it was a waste of time.
Declared who was chosen in front of entire group.
There are 3 interviews for full-timers.
1- phone - basic questions
2- group interview - they ask you questions about the company and you have to do group exercises - basically to see who leads best
3- one-on-one
