The interview is very smoothly and relax. They are so kind. You will not feel streesful during the process. It is a best experience I ever had. I also interviewed in Hong Kong, but Hong Kong is stressful to me.
Self intro; ask few questions about your strengths and weaknesses and some behavioural questions; ask you how to handle the problem with some specific situation that relate to the job.

Introduce yourself and keep smile, also this is a group interview, have to show your are positive and active, also they will ask some role play like if the client asking you something when you don’t know, how’s you do and what you can do.
Applied online and received an email a few days later to book one in. Simple and in a group setting. The first round was a one-on-one interview. Followed by that was a group activity
