There was a 2-day internship in-store to teach us about what they do as a store manager. We were brought around the store and also tasked to help with retail (almost like a normal retail staff). There were assessors taking notes down.
there will be 4 stages, after passing the resume the online test, we need to do the interview with HR, then do a case interview both individually and in the group, then we will be a day PT in store, then the final test.
