The company is looking for young people out of college they can mold into what they want them to be. Unishippers has many locations and each of them is individually owned through franchising, so each office has a different way of interviewing. The process is very detailed as is the training.

Basic interview questions. The interviewer asked a very unprofessional question of why I haven’t been able to land a job recently. Very insensitive question considering we are still in a pandemic in one of the worst hit states. Would not take the job even if they wished to continue.
