Quick an easy introduction interview followed by an in person then a shadow day. The atmosphere is great in there with great leaders and support. Can feel intimidating but it’s a great place with a lot of former athletes
Phone interview less than 10 minutes to describe the job and interest in field. Very easy and not hard at all. Talked about cold calling frequently and comfortably with that.
