I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Jul 2025
Interview
Overall the interview was great. The part I didn't like was how the presenter kept repeating how she is going to bring her daughter over to be a flight attendant so that she can finally retire. It just felt so off, like why are you bragging about preferential treatment? They will do group activities, make sure you participate but don't dominate. Also, don't stick out like a sore thumb and make unnecessary commentary or laugh the loudest, it immediately screens as insecure. Be silent in your confidence. Mingle, speak to different people during breaks. During the second group activity, make sure you are a team player!

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
