Applied online, a few days later got an invite for a virtual interview. I did the interview a couple days later. I was a little nervous, but it was actually kinda fun even though I felt a little silly because I wasn't talking to anyone. 2 or 3 days and I got an invite for a f2f. I live close to the airport so I didn't need to fly in. The interview I chose was less than a week after my online one. It went great! A little confusing getting to the correct building, but I gave myself plenty of time. I have interviewed f2f with Delta, and that was grueling. You had to "mingle" and the interview portion seemed focused more on "star" than customer service. In the end they chose 2 Barbie types in front of everyone. United's process was much more positive. Everyone was friendly, and no one knew about who was kept after the initial one on one interview. If you make it to the next step, it is with 2 people, and after that point they invited me to join the next class in less than three weeks! I signed a bunch of paperwork, showed them my passport etc and took a urine test for drugs at the Airport. Was a very positive experience!

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
