I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
The interview process was very awkward and uncomfortable. I had the interview online but it was very hard to not have someone on the other side of the computer responding to your answers. The questions were all very straight forward (biggest strength, why would you want to work for the company, overcoming an obstacle, and what previous experience makes you qualified for the job). The process was very quick and after I completed my online interview, I was informed the following day that I was not selected for in person interviews.

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
