Interview
I applied online and uploaded a resume, cover letter and references. Within two days, I received an email back asking me to do an on-line interview, which I've never done. I was given 5 days to complete. I dressed in a suit, professional quiet background. You're given two sample questions to practice. A timer on the screen gives you 30 seconds to get your thoughts together and then it automatically starts. You see yourself on screen. After the practice, I was given 6 questions. I submitted the interview. It took two weeks, but I finally heard back via email with a rejection letter explaining there were numerous interviewees and I was not chosen to go to the next stage. But I could re-apply in six months, and encouraged to do so. Also I should apply for other United positions.
