Well I applied for the position on 5/3/16 and received an email on 5/5/16 that my application had been forwarded to inflight recruiting. Shortly after I received an email congratulating me and that I was selected to continue the application process by completing an online interview through HireVue. Definitely can not lie I was so nervous... You have 5 days to complete the interview. It's not so bad, just take a deep breath, Dress professionally, look into the camera not at yourself, smile as much as possible, be concise yet be your naturally upbeat self! I was asked 5 questions STAR interview method.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
