I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied online, got email to do video interview about 4days later then f2f about a week later, the entire process was quick. F2f was relaxing and interviewers were super nice. I thought my interview went well but I didn't get the offer. People flew in from other cities were seen first so that they could catch flight in time. I was the last one since I live in Houston

Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
