I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
Its been a pretty fast process. About two weeks ago I applied online and received an email two days later for the online interview. I had never done an interview online but if you do some practice questions you'll be fine. Just remember to not stare at yourself...look into the camera. Also have a good background and lighting. I looked through a bunch of previous posts to practice some questions and they helped big time. You're asked 5-6 questions, really not that hard.
I was emailed at the end of last week for a f2f and have it in Newark tomorrow.
Here are a few questions I remember. Good Luck ;)

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
