I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
The whole process between applying, going through the video interview and completeing the face to face interview took me 5 days. I applied on 5/13/16, recieved a video interview the next day, completed that the same day and then went to interview 2 days later (5/18/16). I really enjoyed the promptness of the whole process (usually it seems to take a month or even several). I Believe my video interview went okay although not my best, then I believe the in person went very well. The person I had interviewed with was very nice and conversed with me instead of just judging what I had to say.
I was however not offered a job on the spot so I believe I didn't get the job then? not quite sure, they said they rate your candidacy on a point system based on your video interview and your in person interview although I dont know how true that is of course. If anyone does know please do inform me It would be much appreciated.
Overall a great experience and hoping for a job offer!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
