I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied online. They sent me the link to do a video interview. Then a week later I got an email for the in person interview. They flew me out to Houston. You go to the facility and they give a presentation and ask if you have any questions. Then you do the in person interview. Personally I am way over qualified for the position. I just didn't really feel a connection with the company when I went and I think it effected my interview. United is a great company with great perks I just don't think we matched each other.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's a company policy you didn't agree with and how did you handle it? What do you need to most improve on in order to be a flight attendant? A customer is mad about a delay what do you do?

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
