I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Did not know what to expect. Applied online on 5/22/2016 and got an email for the video interview on 5/24/2016. I spent two days gathering my thoughts and answers together before doing the video interview and submitted it on 5/26/2016.
The video experience was new to me. Did not know what to expect. I over thought a lot of the questions and made myself feel rushed. I suggest practicing with the practice questions, it's more than likely those are the same questions you'll get asked. And take your time. You're given 30 seconds to prepare before each question is asked and 3 minutes to answer. An overall 10 minutes to finish the entire process. Don't forget to relax and smile! This is the time to show your personality and get noticed.
Since I thought I bombed the video interview I didn't think I would get a response back. Come early morning on 6/2/2016, a week after my video submission. I was invited to the group interview in SFO. Once I received that invitation I called immediately and scheduled my appointment and am flying out this coming Tuesday 6/7/16 for my interview on Wednesday 6/8/2016.
**Will update after F2F interview**
Wish me luck!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
