I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
I began the process at the end of April. Applied online and did the HireVue interview 3 days after I received email. All of the questions I was asked I found on this site so do the research and be prepared for all types of questions. DO THE PRACTICE QUESTIONS! Learn how to talk to yourself. They know you are nervous so just do your best to answer as professionally as you can, but be yourself as well. Don't sound rehearsed or like a robot trying to remember memorized answers. I received an email the next day inviting me to f2f interview in Newark. When I flew in, I found it helpful to find the meeting spot before the interview so I knew where I was going and how much time it was going to take to get there. Make sure you give yourself time to get there the morning of your interview because you never know how long security will take. I was the second one to get there almost an hour and a half early. Talk to the people that are there and make friends. It really helps to calm the nerves. There were around 20 people that showed up. When we got to the interview spot, I was one of the first to be called for the one-on-one. They take you into a room with cubicles where multiple people are interviewed at once. Try not to listen to other people's answers because that will mess you up. Just be yourself and be prepared to answer situational questions about your customer service experience. Everyone was very nice and made you feel very comfortable, but don't let that fool you into thinking this isn't a professional interview. Always be professional and stay focused. After the interview, I was sent into another room where I waited until a senior flight attendant and management asked a couple more questions about myself. I was offered a spot in training that day. Don't be super confident if you get sent into the next room thinking you got the offer like others have said. There were only 3 people offered a spot in my group and there were 6 of us that got moved to the next room. Just understand that they know what they are looking for and that if they can't see themselves working with you, then you won't be hired. You also don't have to be the loudest and peppiest person in the room. I am very quiet, but I talked with others. I honestly did not think I would get an offer because there were people who I thought for sure would get an offer and didn't. Just be yourself and don't let the nerves get to you. I leave for training on June 7th. Good luck to you all!

Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
